{ Closet Organization }

I recently gave our foyer a mini makeover with a striped ceiling.
Which I  L O V E !

But this inside of the foyer closet, not so much...

Besides it was a total mess before I emptied it out.
I painted the back of the door black to match the rest of the house, and added some leftover hooks, a curtain rod on the inside of the door and hung one lower so the kids could reach their coats and some clips for mittens and what-nots.

With the colder weather and the Holidays coming, I'm happy to have one closet organized and ready for action!

  3. Such great ideas. I love the clips that hold the mittens and hats. The stripped ceiling is so unique, I couldn't do it here because of the awful popcorn type ceiling I have---well , I could , but it would be a big pain!

  10. Organizing and painting a space that is often not seen is not always a fun chore, but so worth the results when you are finished. Love the little clips! Your hallway has so much personality too with those great stripes and black doors.
