Start diggin' in your recycling bucket, 'cause today's project is waitin' for you.
I've had these vintage coffee cans for 'eva.
They travel around the house for different decorative purposes all the time.
This summer, they're planters.
But don't worry if you don't have the vintage cans.
Regular ole cans are just as cute, and cheaper! plus you get the extra bonus of using what's in them first.
(And by the way, are there actually people out there who drink HALF caffeinated coffee? Silliness)
So, go ahead. Dumpster dive in your own driveway.

those are adorable! love the color and patina and charm they add!

DeleteYou probably need to use a little creative discernment doing this though hey? It might not be as cute if you use a superstore brand tuna can...
ReplyDeleteYour vintage cans are perfect.
thanks Ally!
DeleteSometimes it really is the simple things, isn't it? They look great!
ReplyDeletesimple is right! Thanks Grammy
DeleteI absolutely love these! Such a quirky way to transform a regular plant. I recently planted succulents in old tea tins and adore them. This gives me options for planting something bigger :)
ReplyDeletethanks, succulents are next on my list too!
DeleteI love these, and the colors are amazing. Great idea.
